Nordic Giantswith L.O.E.

Orchestral cinematic post-rock

With their colossal and cinematic instrumental post-rock, Nordic Giants create a live experience that goes far beyond ordinary description. The duo, Rôka and Löki, bring award-winning short films to life through live soundtracks filled with atmospheric soundscapes, bowed guitar, piano, thunderous drums and trumpet. Covered in feathers and surrounded by dense fog, the pair appear like mythical creatures straight out of Middle Earth.

From abandoned Victorian music halls to unusual seaside venues, Nordic Giants have spent the last decade building a reputation for their immersive performances. The combination of powerful visuals, intense music and perfectly timed film creates a hypnotic and emotional experience — one often described as almost religious and impossible to forget.

The music of support L.O.E. (short for Last Of Eden) tries to capture and reflect triumph, heroism, anguish and struggle throughout society. Not as a political stand, but to hold a mirror up to humanity. Weaving speech and video into live performance to create a cinematic experience of popular culture and a reflection of our times.
